“I don’t think she will run for president,” said one close Obama aide. “It takes a lot out of you. It’s a brutal, brutal thing. Anyone who has been through it will not undertake it again lightly. By the time he’s done, she’s going to be almost 70 years old.”

What a joke. AYFKM?! We all remember how Hillary ran circles around Obama during the campaign, while Obama whined about being tired, and Michelle complained about Hillary not quitting, saying they had expected the primaries to be over by then, and Barack was getting tired. lol

Great article, Rachel. I'd love to meet Cheryl Mills. She sounds like a smart, fearless PUMA.

Cheryl Mills knows her boss very well.  She, like Hillary, works very hard, knows her facts and figures like the back of her hand, can speak extempore without hiccups, and is a tremendouly confident person.

I am glad she is highly committed to Hillary.

As to Palestine-Israel matter, history will note Hillary's work as hers, for sure. Everyone knows exactly who is putting in the time and effort, holding phones in both hands trying to get parties to the table week after week.

As to Hillary and her age, have you noticed?  She sits down for five minutes with a cup of water or tea and perks up like a tree in the desert land.  Yes, SOS job is strenuous and her age shows more on her.  But she is actually growing more gracefully.  And with that, combined with more substantive things that the media can no longer afford to ignore, there is less chatterboxes about her hair-do and thickness of her ankles than the dexterity of her dialog and dynamic triangulation of media and public in her own new brand of townhalls.  Yes, we forgot that Pres.Clinton was the master of townhalls.  She is the 'master' of adversarial townhalls.  Who cares if she wears a pantsuit colored in rainbow?  It is the rainbow at the end of the tunnel that Palestinians and even Israelis will care about.

So, as long as she keeps playing her high game, every year on her will increase her prospects.

The future is very bright for Hillary Clinton.
