Immigration reform bill proposes more H-1Bs, new 'founders visa'

I have not yet fully digested the Immigration Reform proposals on the table. If you have, please weigh in with your thoughts.

At first read of this article, I think the 'founders visa' makes entry to the U.S. way too easy, which may not be a great thing in this bad economy.   Becoming a 'founder' of a company is not all that difficult. Running one is, especially getting one to succeed as many small business owners can tell.  I do not know of all the conditions of the 'founders visa' but at first read, but plan to read and learn more about it.  At present, I do not favor the 'founders visa' but do favor the H-1B related extension which really requires that the person be highly skilled.
