LOL. Given the size of the national deficit, that's a drop in the ocean!  But I was glad to see that the government gets the money.

I am very confused with the FRB's "P&L" or is it the DR statement.. Who gets the excesses usually?  Any accountants here who can clarify this? Thanks.
