Yes

I think the 2,286 people who voted yes, clearly misunderstood the question.

"Go vote, while it's still up. "

No s--t, Destiny!!! Because we ALL know that it's only a matter of time before the poll is yanked down, subjected to efforts to discredit it, etc. We KNOW what Omoron does to people who disagrees with them. He is SUCH an idiot!!!

Most of this is backlash and to be honest, this is what you'll get when you put in a candidate that you really know nothing about and just hope for the best - all the red flags were right there all along. They passed up a superior candidate after superior candidate for him.

Ain't that the truth, Ebringer.  Elect someone with no experience, and about whom the public knows little. Add to that the claims by the candidate and his fanatic followers that he is the savior we've been waiting for, and when reality sets in, people will be disappointed.

Are we really able to measure when the effects of an individuals actions end and another begins?

Could the shape of our economy have started with Clinton?

When Bush took office, our economy was shakey. Remember the first round of stimulus payments that went out during his 1st term? Pre-housing bust, there was $3 trillion in credit card debt. Consumer's kept the economy going by using credit (during Bushs' 2 terms).

DEMS took control in 2003. Re-wrote bankruptcy laws in 2005. Starting handing out mortgage loans shortly after. Everything began to collapse when banks tightened up their underwriting for mortgages and ARMS adjusted. This occurred at the tail end of November 2007.

True. Recovery doesn't happen over night but neither does failure.

The current shape of the economy could have started with Clinton and Dems added more fuel to the fire in 2003 and there-after. It appears change came to America in 2003. Nobody noticed because people had credit cards to keep trucking.

My fear is: What's to come?

Well many people knew this long before he was elected. Obama is good at giving speeches but nothing else. Obama is always campaigning and blaming someone else for their ineptness. I am amazed how cnn would fact check a comedy show but will not fact check the stories they put out. Maybe they should fact check how much they are losing in the ratings game to Fox news.

Obama has turned our entire economy into a giant casino by betting the whole thing on the fundamentally flawed economic theories of Keynes. Dave Ramsey does a magnificent job of explaining why this is just cross-eyed in his "Town Hall For Hope" at 10 minutes into it here:

allen69: I’m glad that you got my point. I was refuting world-roamer’s nonsense claim that Obama did not have to answer for the rising price of gasoline, when I specifically remember the Dems and the press hammering President Bush incessantly when the prices were rising so fast 15 months ago. If the Democrats didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards at all!

World-roamer thinks he can “bluff” folks into believing his wild tales about Obama being above the fray! WHEN A REPUBLICAN is in office, the Dems can’t blame him fast enough, but when it’s one of their elite snots, they run around yelling that he is “immune” from criticism. Hogwash!

I guess the next step for the Obama administration is to put out a deck of cards like Bush did in Iraq, only his deck will have pictures of FOX News and other ENEMIES he and his cronies name they will also include a handful of race cards to be used when they cannot explain what took place. It may be time to consider impeachment.

Great article, it is time that other journalists join FOX News in reporting the activities of this corrupt administration. This is what you get when you send Chicago politics to DC. The present closed door meetings on health care reminds me of what they do in Communist countries not in a Democratic republic like the US. It is time we put a STOP to this administrations efforts at Socialism and reckless spending.

Please I beg everyone who is against this bogus healthcare reform to please call your Senators and Representative.Let the aid that answers the phone or leave a voice message that you'll vote them out of office if they vote to increase taxes and ruin our healthcare. This is the only way they'll hear us. Call everyday, tell your friends to do the same.

Essential question:

Who of them promised many, many, many times: "YES, WE CAN" "YES, WE CAN" "YES, WE CAN" ????????

Answer: NONE of them. It was the "agent of change" who did it. Do you remember it?????? Do you remember it????? It was OBAMA.......
