In reality, the astronaut was rotating the flag poll with the flag attached to the top. When a flag poll with a flag attached is turned, regardless of a vacuum, the flag will "wave'. It is not air that is moving. It is the actual flag itself.

Whoopie would be going crazy over this crime and demand that (Manson) be dragged in the streets, have his penis removed and then get the death penalty.

Think of the hatred toward Martha Stewart and Leona Hemsley. People were gleeful to see those two women go to jail. Think of OJ (football hero, actor), people cheered when the "glove don't fit, you must acquit" worked in his favor.

When it comes to crime, people like Whoopie should keep their opinions to themselves, because her followers are brain-dead and believe that she has the answers to all the world problems. Actually, anyone who controls what other people think, should just 'shut the f-ck up'.

It was she who served up Camp Obama, it was she playing the race card, and now she is calling my womanness into play. Here we are with Hillary struggling for women and girls rights here, and around the globe. If we intend on stopping

Polanski charge with raping girl:

The 43 year old was arrested Friday at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel after the girl's mother filed a complaint, police said. In the complaint, Polanski was accused of picking up the girl at her home Thursday afternoon for a photographic session at the West Los Angeles home of actor Jack Nicholson.
Pete Ilagan, a police spokesman said Saturday the girl wanted to pose for pictures for a French juvenile magazine, and had arranged through another person to have Polanskie take the photographs. Thursday's encounter was the second meeting between Polanski and the girl, Hagan said.

The girl's mother had given permission for the photographic sessions, said Illagn, but with the understnading that her daughter would polse "fully clothed."

During the meeting Thrusday, according to the complaint, Polanski gave the girl the narcotic Quaalude, raped her and coerced her into performing other sexual acts with him.

Two hours later the girl returned home, and told another person what had transpired, the officer said. The girl's mother overheard the conversation, and after questioning her daughter, filed the complaint, Hagan said.

Police officers went to the Nicholson home Friday with a search warrant to gather additional evidence, and while there, they arrested Angelica Huston, 26, d/o movie director John Huston, on a charge of possessing cocaine. Miss Huston, reportdly Nicholson girlfriend was freed on $1,000 bond.

Polanski's arraignment was scheduled for Friday in West Los Angeles Municipal Court. Hagan said the director would face charges of "forcible rape, oral copulation, sodomy and feeding narcotics to a junnevile," although he was booked last Friday only on the rape charge. A conviction of forcible rape carries a prison sentence ranging from one to 50 years.

Anjelica Huston will testify against Roman Polanski at his trial on charges of drugging and rapping a 13 year old girl. The district attorney's office said that in return charges of possession of cocaine against Miss Huston, 26, would be dropped.
Her testimony can put the girl in the bedroom with Polanski, Dept. dist Atty. Micahel J. Montagna told reporters.

He pleaded inccocent to six felony counts, including one count of furnishing a drug to a minor, and five counts of sex abuse.

Polanski pled-deals, no rape trial:

Polanski has made a plea bargain with the district attonery's office and will not be tried on charges of raping and drugging a 13 year old girl, it was announced Thursday in Los Angeles.

The parties have agreed on a plea which will be presented to the judge Monday, a dist. att. spokesman said. Deputy Dist Att. Roger Gunson, Polanski's prosecutor, declinded to say whether the 43 year old would plead guilty, or no contest. However, he said there will be a change of plea as to one of the six counts if accepted by the judge.

He had been scheduled to go to trial next Tuesday. Police said then that Polanski had allegedly arranged to photograph the girl for a French fashion magazine. But they said he took her to the home of Jack Nicholson, where he gave her champagne and a quaalude tranquillzer, then raped her.

During the pretrial hearings, the prosecution revealed that photograps revealed the girl seminude in whirlpool, both had been found in Polanski's hotel room along with quanities of Quaalude.

During the pretrial hearings, Polanski's attorney said his defense would be that the incident never happened and that the girl had fantiszed the sexual encounter. Polanski has spent a few months in Tahiti for his next movie "Hurricane" a love story.

Roman Polanski, red eyed, and nervous, pleaded guilty Mnday to unlawful sexual intercouse
with a 13 year old girl, the least serious of six drug and rape charges against him.

"I had sexusl intercouse with a female person not my wife under the age of 18, Polanski, 43, responded to a prosecutor's question. " Superior Court Judge Laurence Rittenband, who accepted the plea, ordered psychiatric examinations for Polanski and set a hearing for Sep 19, sentencing would come sometime after.

Polanski, a French citizen of Polish background said in the packed courtroom, that he realized one possible consequence of his guilty plea could be DEPORTATION. He admitted he knew the girl's age: "I understand her to be 13 when I had sexual intercourse with her."

He had been charged with drugging and raping the girl. The prosecution said it's accepatance of a lessor plea would avoid a senzational trial which could traumatize the girl
A lawyer ofr the girl's family, Lawrence Silver, said " A stigma would attach to her for the rest of her lifetime.

In return for Polsanki's plea, the prosecution recommended that the judge drop the five other counts of the indictment: furnishing a drug to a minor, lew or lascivious act upon a child under 14, rape by and use of drugs, perversion and sodomy.

At first, Polanski's attorney Douglas Dalton, said he would claim the sexual encoutner never happened and that the girl fantasized it. But Gunson said Monday, that Polanski changed his mind, primarily because of actress Anjellica Huson's decison to testify against him.

The district attorney's office agreed to drop Miss Huston's prosecution for cocaine possession when she offered to testify.

Prison Mental Test order for Polanski

The judge order a 90 day pshyciatirc study, in order to help him decide on the sentencing
of Roman Polanski.

Superior Court Judge Laurence Rittenband, noting that the teenage girl "looks older than her years" and is sxually experienced, nevertheless scolded Polanski for taking advange of her.

"Although the victim was not an inexperienced and unsophisticated young girl" the judge said, "this fact was not a license to the defendant. He said the girl and her parents had asked that Polanski not be imprisoned.

But Rittenband said he is mindful of public concern about the problem of rape. "This heinous offense is also of profound concern to our judicial system," he said adding the the crime to which Polanski pleaded guilty previously was called STATUTORY RAPE."
The probation report discloses that although just short of her 14th birthday at the time of the offense, the victim was a well developed young girl who looked older and was not unschooled in sexual matter. She has a 17 year old boyfriend, whom she had sexual intercourse with at least twice prior to the offense. The probation report indicated that she consented. The judge said that it didn't make a difference, and doesn't excuse Polanski.

Roman Polanski had little to say when he flew into London's Heathrow Airport from Los Angeles on Sunday. He plead guilty 19 Sep to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse.
He is set to enter prison at Chino, Ca. on Dec 19 for a 90 psychiatric study. When the study is completed, Polanski must return to court within three days of his release from Chino, located 50 miles east of Los Angeles.

Please, lets discuss this! There is glamour, everytime a article is written, they mention Chinatown, and Rosemary's baby. There is pornography which at that time L.A. was known
to be number one city in country for, and not to mention the billions made in the business
of child pornography aournd the world. There is picture of this girl being tainted before the rape, which gives the message don't believe her. There is coercion, money and emotions.
Everbody has known about Polansk is a horrible man, that he is a psycho peolphile, and they don't want be bothered with the truth, they think the 30 years on the run has cured him.
Just as in the cases that have been retried those involved in the Alabama Church Bombing, the Neshoba Co. Mississippi case of Edgar Ray Killen, this case should go forward!
