McChrystal to resign if not given resources for Afghanistan -- Thank you general! (9/20)

I thank god we have the brave men and women of the US military who will always put this great country first... the illegible fraud is an embarassment to this country and to every service member who puts their lives on the line... this general is asking for resources to protect America's interests.. and the illegible fraud goes on Letterman.. WHAT AN EFFING JOKE!

McChrystal to resign if not given resources for Afghanistan

SNIPPET: "Within 24 hours of the leak of the Afghanistan assessment to The Washington Post, General Stanley McChrystal's team fired its second shot across the bow of the Obama administration. According to McClatchy, military officers close to General McChrystal said he is prepared to resign if he isn't given sufficient resources (read troops) to implement a change in direction in Afghanistan:

Adding to the frustration, according to officials in Kabul and Washington, are White House and Pentagon directives made over the last six weeks that Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the top U.S. military commander in Afghanistan, not submit his request for as many as 45,000 additional troops because the administration isn't ready for it.

In the last two weeks, top administration leaders have suggested that more American troops will be sent to Afghanistan, and then called that suggestion "premature." Earlier this month, Adm. Michael Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that "time is not on our side"; on Thursday, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates urged the public "to take a deep breath.""

SNIPPET: "Today, the military is perceiving that the administration is punting the question of a troop increase in Afghanistan, and even questioning the commitment to succeed in Afghanistan. <b>The leaking to the assessment and the report that McChrystal would resign if he is not given what is needed to succeed is some very public pushback against the administration's waffling on Afghanistan."

I don't think McCrystal leaked this information, I don't think he is the cause of Obama being in the "hot seat" on this war. What I think is that the libs want him out because he was part
of the "Bush" team along with Gates, and they want the Bush lines thinned out in this administration.

This will be a learning moment for all of us.

If BHO sends more troops--he loses his base. The liberal and far left will abandon him like a hot pile of dung.

He is letting politics screw with military strategy. He's uncomfortable with victory because it embarrassed him to see pictures of the Japanese surrendering in World War II as humiliating. If he's not talking about victory what the hell are we doing, stalemate for the rest of time?

It's time for Fraudicus to chit or get off!

If he was such a good community organizer why can't he organize the Afghanistan community?  Hmmm?

And they made fun of HRC's 3am phone call ad? Really? This guy can't make a decision in less then a week and he still needs dozens of other lefty liberals to do the thinking for him first. Most brilliant President ever? Umph.... show us you University transcripts.... let's see how brilliant you really are, because you sure do act like a dim wit.
