Speaking of debtors, I was just reading my local newspaper. I don't know about you guys, but our local paper is FULL, week after week, of repossessions in the classified section. It's AMAZING! I haven't seen this many repossessions and seizing and selling of property in the entire time I've been here, which is a while.
Our tax assessors want to jack up our property taxes in the face of this fiasco! I should mail them these notices, so maybe they can wake up to reality!

I may be poor, but I thank god I'm not under credit card debt. The mortgage is enough and I am able to keep up so far. If cap and trade goes through, I'll fail miserably trying to keep payments on energy. But, I'll do without lots to keep my home.
