She would have lost her Seniority.  I think NY's Primary is in September would have been tough

Dems want to save their money for the GE's. This is good - clearly they are worried about tough (expensive) competition in 2010 at the polls. They must be reading the current state of public opinion polls and coming to the same conclusions we have: Obama's popularity doesn't translate to all Democrats and his magic is vanishing quicker than disappearing ink.

His poll numbers are most definately proof of that.

I like them both and both are good for NY. Maybe Maloney can run for Mayor or Gov?
