I agree with you.... Family quabbles ought to stay indoors and never be made public. Actually, it is more than family quabbles; it is trusted communications. Admins, Mods, super mods, etc are titles with specific authorities and accesses and privileges -- that's why they are different titles. Those access privileges result in each of them having a different touch/view of the world/the people they touch. Mods and Admins have collectively a heavy burden especially in a forum that is intended for serious discussion. They have special responsibilities, special authorities to exercise in the best interest of the members in general... Compromising that trust betrays someone's trustworthiness.

A word of caution to all HV friends:

Those who demonstrate low level of trustworthiness by copying private communication and airing in public cannot be trusted to hold our confidences nor to hold our private information without ever misusing it for their own personal gain without your permission, nor without adverse impact on you. Take care.
