Another big opportunity to put in a moderate Dem into the top SCOTUS.

A non-judge going into the supreme court would be fine too!

There seem to be names floating around.. Elena Kagan,former Harvard Prof?  Diane Wood (Judge in Chicago) and Janet Napalitano.


I have someone (else!) in mind! LOL.  She would certainly make history too and in a grand way!

I know little about the other two, but I so hope it's not Janet Neopolitano. After calling the Tea Partyers and the members of our own military terrorists, I think she would have a hard time getting confirmed.
