Sen. John McCain, the man who brought Sarah Palin to national prominence, is being challenged for re-election in the GOP primary by former U.S. Rep. J.D. Hayworth. Palin recently announced that she plans to travel to Arizona to campaign on McCain’s behalf, but posters on her Facebook page are not at all happy with their Sarah: “Sarah, it was fun, but now you are done.”
I was afraid this might happen. Many think McCain isn't conservative enough. They didn't vote for him in the GE.
That worries me.
Anyway, whoever runs needs to be able to win.
People need to give Sarah Palin some space to develop her supporters from more than just the extreme conservative end. Otherwise, Her best strength is going to become her biggest weakness.
We need some winners to run this time.
