New court documents reveal a heated custody battle between Sarah Palin's eldest daughter and the father of her grandson. Briston Palin has petitioned the court for sole custody of her son Tripp. (Dec 29)
"I do not feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding."
So says Levi Johnston in an affidavit in the custody fight between him and Bristol Palin that has become public after a judge denied the Palins' request to keep it confidential.
The court filings (.pdf) from earlier this month show, beneath the bitter charges and countercharges, that Johnston appears to genuinely fear the tactics Sarah Palin would resort to to win the case. He says that Bristol's attorney is her mother's attorney.
"I know that public scrutiny will simplify this matter and act as a check against anyone's need to be overly vindictive, aggressive or malicious, not that Bristol would ever be that way, nor that I would," he writes in the affidavit. "But her mother is powerful, politically ambitious and has a reputation for being extremely vindictive."
Let's see now...hmmm...Levi's mother is currently under house arrest and was in jail for selling prescription drugs (Oxycontin) and Levi left his son to go pose in Playgirl Mag rag. The boy is unemployed except for his stints on talk shows where he makes **** up about the Palins.
If I was the judge I would keep that baby far far away from the Johstons.

STAMP. I cannot imagine that a judge would award custody to this joke of a dad.
