Okay, so it's Sunday and brunch has been made, eaten, and cleaned up here at my homestead.  But, as I sit here full and satisfied, drinking my iced coffee I'm wondering: 

How do you like your eggs?

I voted for over easy but I really like my yolk cooked.  I also love hard boiled eggs especially at Easter.

Scrambled.  And, sometimes with cheese melted with the egg . . . yummy.

Also, I like them hard-boiled with salt and butter added.
