WSJ  has high marks for Madam Secretary.  It's about time.......Go to Wall Street Journel today and look up opinons and the article is there.

A must read.... http://online.wsj.com/article/SB100014240529

Here is  a glimpse......
Secretary Clinton was critical of the government decision not to appoint a tribunal that could hold those responsible for the election-related violence accountable. She acknowledged that prosecuting the perpetrators without igniting more unrest is “complicated” but said it’s no excuse for inaction. “There needs to be a beginning,” said Mrs. Clinton. “That’s what we’re looking for.”

I was glad to hear Hillary speak out in support of the International Criminal Court. It takes great human courage to bring those who kill and continue with terrorism to justice. I just can't imagine what it must be like to live where death squads roam the streets day and night to kill, to burn, to rape, to destroy life. I can't imagine the stench of hundreds of dead bodies
piled high, and people dying like they were flies.

Bless her heart for remembering those people with a wreath of flowers at the death site, and to meet with those who survived, who everyday must summon their strength to make through one more day, and their courage to care for their peoples.

I pray that God is a Black African Woman!

Good article, good remarks on the part of Hillary. I guess I might as well make the obligatory remark that I hope she finds *somebodys* birth certificate there and keeps it stockpiled. Better for her to go anywhere, than Obama, he'd screw it up by apologizing for the US then inadvertantly insult a head of state again.

“The absence of strong, effective democratic institutions has permitted ongoing corruption, impunity, politically motivated violence, human-rights abuses and a lack of respect for the rule of law,” Mrs. Clinton said at a press conference.

Is she talking about Africa or Chicago?

I hope she gets over her foolish support for the ICC not only do I not want our great country involved with that foolish court system but nor should anyone else be imprisioned by their rules. I hope that is one area that she will change her position.
