I was so burned out and disgusted after 2008 that I sort of just left the world of politics alone, but now?  I am frankly scared to death at what the Republicans are doing, with the budget cuts targeting the weak, the old, the sick and this Wisconsin deal, and I'm like what on earth can we do?  How did this happen so fast?  What are you guys doing, and what are the plans for the future with this site? Anyone?

The Republicans scare me. Obama scares me. Frankly, unless Hillary runs in 2012 I don't have much hope for this country.

Republicans will win the Senate and control Congress in 2012.  Obama will win re-election by gaming the system again. Hillary will retire.

And We the People will be screwed, but on the bright side, it won't matter that much since according to the Mayans, the end of our time is December 2012.

I don't think Obama will win a second term but the GOP will take the Senate.  I don't think Hillary will retire the whole Libya thing has had a good effect on her image as a strong President type while Oblahblah looks like a weak man.

I'm working on trying to help the Repubs get a candidate they can rally around. Don't have much hope Hillary will run. Of course I would campaign for her. But Obama needs to be stopped and the only legal way is for a Republican to win. Not too keen on helping Republicans because I am not that conservative or phobic of anyone not exactly like me.


Any PUMA activity lately?

Don't know, I think they Puma phenomenan has moved in other directions from me. I am actually going to work my butt off this time to elect Dems, the Republicans have moved to far to the Tea Party for me, and their attacks on Head Start, WIC, Planned Parenthood, and the near calamity of a government shut down is just more than I can stomach. Giving the Republicans control of both houses and the WH, I just can't be a part of it. Here they want to extend the Bush tax cuts for the uber rich and the billionaires and literally take food out of the mouth of babes. I might not be able to stop them with just my efforts and my vote but they also will not do it with my help
