One of our Reps who I like a lot is Dem-Ohio Rep Marcy Kaptur.  She is an excellent listener. During the bailout, and TARP, she was a strong "no" voice, reflecting the voice of the people. Moreover, she truly listened. She came on C-SPAN and was phenomenal in responding to questions as well as taking input - that last part, I was so impressed, I recall it like yesterday. She got the input about reform of the financial system including repeal of Glass Steagal Act, controlling /preventing these fake assets, preventing sub-prime lending, etc.
