It's a check off "List of Achievements" of omoron's. The only things checked off is "New Dog", "Blame Bush", "Beer Summit" and "Worldwide Apology tour". Under Nobel Peace Prize, inside the check-off box, it says WTF? It's a photo of the jerk with a giant Nobel Peace Prize necklace around his neck - makes him look like the clown he is!
