Hi My Name is Alice Paul and I'm a Survivor

smile Thank you to all who called me this week!! Oh my! It was quite fun to hear from you again. I have had quite a time of it and apparently so have some of you. I'm on the mend but, may need one more back surgery....dislocated joint in my spine won't cooperate.

It's good to be back among you.

I see a lot of names here that bring back a lot of great memories for me. ..some of you, I've known for quite a long while now. It's been an honor to know you. Glad to see things chugging along nicely despite any uproar. Folks, that's the nature of forums and the net sometimes but, like Hillary we ought to just "keep going" We've still got a lot of work to do in this sometimes mean old world.

XO to all of you,

Alice P.

I'm so grateful to you HMG and Optix for getting and KEEPING this going and adding on Sanders...HMG, I hope you are doing alright. I've thought of you often over the last few months...lol, in my percocet haze and trying to move more than one house at a time but, nonetheless, I'm so glad not to lose touch completely.

I'm gearing up for whatever direction Hillary takes as to me she is still the best hope politically to see some REAL changes for women of all walks of life.

I missed you too. Actually, the hardest thing has been looking at all this WORK going down the tubes. I was in the middle of renovations when this happened and I STILL don't have a kitchen that's done at all. ug...then I had to end up losing track of Hillary activities playing catch up. I can only work a little bits at a time physically now..BUT I'm sooo glad I'm not hobbling around on percocet like I was!! Tylenol is all I need now. YEAH!! I just hate those wooozzy drugs..they really take you out of commission as much as the injury does.

I love Hillary supporters, they know why they support her, and know why they are loyal. There isn't any of this blind follow the pied piper to hell stuff with you guys and god it's been fantastic getting to know others who admire her as I do.

XOXOXO

There is a Special Place in Virtual Heaven for HRC PTSD Survivors: We found eachother again... And, we will continue to find eachother.

And, I spent days and nights on the internet through that time. My neck got to point that I had to have Botox injections into the myofascial trigger points on both sides of my cervical spine to treate Impingement Syndrome. The IS causes the weak or strained muscles to stay in a state of muscle spasm, pinching the nerve.

I am lucky I joined the Armed Forces so that I now have VA Health Care. But I have been seeing a Chiro 3x a week to release those pinched nerves. Even thinking about politics gives my nervous tension a spin cycle of myofascial spasm.

We were in a real online and offline War of the Worlds.

I learned from other Vets who've been diagnosed with PTSD that one key to survival is maintaining a support base...

((((((((((((((((Santacruzen))))))))))))))))) you've been there since the beginning. My gosh it's been worth it but, a lot harder than I ever dreamed when it all started waaay back on HIllary's own blogs at her campaign website. Little did I know I"d end up in D.C. on May 31sth, then OR end up in other places like Seneca Falls! There's more to come but, then we have to stand up for what's right and "Keep Going"

I'm just so proud to have known those who stuck it out and did the right thing!
